whiny obama supporters

Will Obama supporters please stop complaining? The last time I heard so much whining was when I was a figure skating coach for twelve year old girls. When Obama’s supporters don’t get their way they throw little tantrums and blame unfair debate questions or that their opponents are being mean. Their favorite scapegoat: Senator Clinton won’t drop out.
When Clinton misspeaks or exaggerates, she’s a liar deserving to burn in hell, but when Obama misspeaks, he’s misunderstood and how dare anyone question him about it and distract us all from his godliness.
When the junior senator “misspoke” his “bitter” comment, Senator Clinton called him on it. And why wouldn’t she? It was a politically stupid thing to say when he’s fighting for blue collar workers’ votes in the Pennsylvania primary and trails Clinton in the polls. Obama’s response was to blame Clinton for acting like a Republican.
How dare anyone not make things easy for Obama? Media, put your skirt back on, pick up those pom-poms and keep on cheerleading for Barack. John F. Harris states that “as one who has assigned journalists to cover Obama at both Politico and The Washington Post, I have witnessed… some reporters come back and need to go through detox, to cure their swooning over Obama’s political skill.” (“Obama’s Secret Weapon: The Media”)
After the ABC debate in Philadelphia, the Obama camp cried foul. In an email from the Obama campaign, David Plouffe says“it took more than 45 minutes before Barack was asked about the economy, health care, or foreign policy.” The Obama supporters blamed Charlie Gibson and George Stephanopoulos for putting on a horrible debate. Tom Shales from the Washington Post criticized their “shoddy, despicable performances.” (“In PA Debate, Clear Loser is ABC”)
But wait! According to Politico, the “balance of political questions (15) to policy questions (13) was more substantive than other debates this year that prompted no deluge of protests.” What? That can’t be! There was no outrage for other debates; no tears flowing over bad questions? Oh, here’s the reason: “The difference is that this time there were more hard questions for Obama than for Clinton.”
Plouffe, in his email, goes on to state that “regrettably, Senator Clinton seemed all too comfortable with that type of debate.” I’d hate to disenfranchise any naïve, wide-eyed Obama-loving kiddies, but let me fill you in on a little secret. Those questions are inevitable. I know you were only fourteen when John Kerry lost the last election, but let me remind you what the Republican smear team did to him. They were able to spin his decorated service to his country in Vietnam into portraying Kerry as a coward; some Republicans actually wore Purple Heart on their coats to mock him. They showed him windsurfing and made him into an “elitist” liberal too good for America. But I’m sure, when it comes to Obama, things will be different. Maybe it’s not so bad that Clinton is “comfortable” with this type of debate…
Conservative writer Richard Viguerie asserts:
Liberals are saying that the Obama and Clinton controversies are just about ‘verbal gaffes,’ not worthy of attention in a network debate. What softies liberals are! What glass jaws they have! They just can’t take a fair hit… [I]f a liberal insults regular Americans by suggesting they are unpatriotic or backward, or even if he or she associates with extremists and terrorists…well, it’s just “Oops,” “My bad,” “I’ll try to speak more clearly next time.”
Obama might do well to get “comfortable” with this kind of debate and be ready when the Republicans start tearing him apart about his past extremist friends, drug use and Pastor Wright.
Obama and his supporters are like the little kids on the playground who blame the game once it stops going their way. When the media stops being your cheerleader, deal with the tough questions instead of demanding it back into your bed. Instead of calling for your rival to drop out, beat her in Pennsylvania. They’re outspending the Clinton campaign two to one in Pennsylvania, and yet they still can’t beat her in the polls. So, they take the easy road and throw out unsubstantiated claims about Clinton being “secretive,” or “like a Republican,” or even that she’s just a politician while Obama’s a leader (whatever that means). Would y’all like some cheese with that whine?

I’m sure we’ll see tears from Hillary soon enough, so we Obama supporters shouldn’t have to worry too much longer.

Fact is that Obama’s gotten a pass from the media like no one in recent history. But if Hillary takes the election then the Democratic party will be split in two. The Barackers are not going to back Clinton. Hillary should be careful how much she applies the machines’ techniques.

“Fact is that Obama’s gotten a pass from the media like no one in recent history.” … You mean except for John McCain this year and GW in 2000 and 2004, right?

yeah this whole Rev. Wright thing is a total pass from the media. I haven’t heard boo about hillary in the media since her sniper fire comments, mean while you can’t turn on the news with out seeing this Wright guy.
The reason obama seems like he’s gotten a pass is that they can’t come up with a real reason to bash him. All they can do is make up non issues like his preacher or his lapel pin.
