(0)On July 1st, a new law went into effect in California, banning hand-held cellphone use while driving. The issues with this type of ban are many, including the fact that the only way to get to a “hands-free state” is by old-fashioned “hands-on dialing.”

As far as potential veeps go, Florida Governor Charlie Crist seems to have it all. He is young and fit, South Florida loves him and to top it all off, he has a tan that rivals George Hamilton’s.
